    A. GENERAL

    1. Interwetten Gaming Ltd, hereinafter referred to as "Interwetten", offers virtual slot games for use with real money on www.interwetten.de for players with their usual place of residence in Germany. Players and gamblers (hereinafter referred to as "Players") who wish to use Interwetten products conclude a contract with Interwetten GamingLtd. regarding the services provided. The contract comes into force when the Players open a gaming account and accept the validity and applicability of these General Terms and Conditions, the relevant rules (Virtual Slot Games), the Privacy Policy and the applicable terms and conditions for promotions, special offers and bonuses in the version valid at the time ("Terms"). When a Player participates in a Game, he/she accepts the validity and applicability of these Terms and Conditions, including the relevant rules for the various products, our Privacy Policy and the applicable bonus terms and conditions.

    2. Please note that Interwetten may need to amend these terms and conditions or any of them from time to time and reserves the right to do so for regulatory and commercial reasons. In such an event, any changes to these terms and conditions will be notified to players prior to the commencement of the application and players will be notified of the date on which the amended terms and conditions come into effect. If a player who has been notified of a change to the terms of use continues to play at Interwetten after the start of the period of validity of the changed terms of use, this shall be deemed to be consent to these new terms of use. If significant changes to the terms and conditions are proposed by Interwetten which would adversely affect the players, Interwetten will ask the players to accept the changes before they can continue to play. Interwetten reserves the right to suspend the provision of its services to a player who does not accept changes to these terms and conditions or to close an account, which may be communicated to the player in accordance with the above.

    3. By participating in a game, the player confirms that he is at least 18 years old. As a matter of principle, Interwetten does not accept players under the age of 18. Interwetten will check the age declaration of a player for correctness and exclude players from the services offered if there are doubts regarding the attainment of the required minimum age. Should minors succeed in circumventing our verification systems with forged identities, all winnings and the account with Interwetten GamingLtd. (hereinafter the "Interwetten account") will be blocked immediately. All deposits made by this player will be refunded to a bank account named by the player, which the player can prove to be his account.

    4. Interwetten checks players, among other things, to determine whether they are politically exposed persons ("PEP") or subject to international financial sanctions. These checks are carried out using state-of-the-art systems with access to worldwide data on PEPs. Interwetten reserves the right to block or close PEP player accounts if Interwetten deems this necessary to comply with the acceptance and risk guidelines for players.

    5. Interwetten employees and their family members are not permitted to participate in betting and gaming products, promotions, special offers and bonuses of Interwetten.

    6. By accepting these terms and conditions, the player confirms that his interest in virtual slot games is of a personal nature and serves exclusively for personal entertainment. Interwetten may block or close accounts of persons who are found to be using Interwetten's website for commercial or business purposes.

    7. An assignment of claims of players is not permitted.

    8. Interwetten does not grant any warranty with regard to the permanent availability and functionality of all or individual products offered. Interwetten cannot be held liable by the player for damages, losses, costs, lost winnings or any other disadvantages incurred by the player in connection with a connection interruption or the unavailability of products normally offered, irrespective of the reasons for the unavailability.

    9. Unless otherwise agreed, all dates and times stated are based on Central European Time (GMT+1).

    10. These general terms and conditions are available on the internet in several languages and are in principle consistent. Should there be any discrepancies in foreign language versions of these Terms and Conditions, the German version shall prevail, or if a player does not speak German, the version with which this player has registered an Interwetten account. This also applies to the relevant Slot Rules, the Privacy Policy and the applicable Bonus Terms and Conditions.

    11. These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of Malta and the legal and regulatory provisions of the Federal Republic of Germany.

    B. PERMISSION

    1. The offer of virtual slot games on www.interwetten.de is aimed exclusively at players with their usual place of residence in Germany.

    2. Interwetten Gaming Ltd. with its registered office in Malta under company number C 35736, registered business address on the 2nd floor, LifeStar Capital Building, Testaferrata Street, Ta 'Xbiex, XBX 1403, Malta, is an officially licensed organiser of virtual slot machine games. Interwetten holds a permit from the Landesverwaltungsamt Sachsen-Anhalt in Halle (Saale) dated 13.10.2022. Interwetten is under the supervision of the Joint Gambling Authority of the Federal States in Halle (Saale) in Germany.

    C. REGISTRATION/ACCOUNT

    1. Every player who wishes to gain access to the services offered by Interwetten must personally open an Interwetten account. When registering, each player must provide his/her correct personal details and contact details, i.e. first name and surname, maiden name, place of birth, gender, nationality, personal address, as well as e-mail, mobile phone number and date of birth. After an Interwetten account is opened, a player can deposit to it and use the deposited amount.

    2. Minors, legally incompetent and blocked players are not allowed to open an Interwetten account.

    3. Only natural persons may open an account with Interwetten. Interwetten does not allow legal entities to open and maintain Interwetten accounts

    4. When opening the player account, Interwetten will verify and authenticate the identity and other data of the players using suitable technical methods in accordance with the applicable statutory and official regulations and requirements.

    5. Interwetten is obliged to check the accuracy of the player's data and to repeat such checks if necessary. For this purpose, the data will also be transmitted to third parties in accordance with the privacy policy. Furthermore, additional security checks may be carried out at any other time. In this context, the player will be requested to submit valid identification documents issued by the competent authority of a recognised state/country (e.g. passport, identity card, residence permit) as well as consumption bills (e.g. utility bill for gas, electricity, etc., a rental agreement) or a copy of bank statements, bank statements, etc.

    6. When opening a player account on interwetten.de and each time a player logs in to a player account, the player's data will also be checked against the cross-provider, Germany-wide blocking database OASIS in order to ensure the exclusion of blocked players. A corresponding comparison is also made before bonuses and discounts are granted and before personalised advertising is sent.

    7. After a player has opened his own Interwetten account, his deposits can be credited to this account. For playing slots on www.interwetten.de, a basic deposit limit of € 1,000 per calendar month applies. As long as the player's Interwetten account has a positive balance, he/she may place any bets on virtual slot games within the respective applicable limits. Winnings are credited directly to the player's Interwetten account. All winnings credited to the Interwetten account can be used immediately to place further bets for slots. The use of winnings for sports betting on www.interwetten.de is only possible after the statutory waiting period of one hour has expired. A basic stake limit of € 1.00 applies to all slots. Interwetten reserves the right to refuse participation in a game without giving reasons or to limit the stake without giving reasons.

    8. All deposits and withdrawals of a player may only be made to his/her own Interwetten account or to his/her own payment account. Payments from third parties as well as payouts to third party payment accounts will not be processed. Any deposit or withdrawal of funds is governed by these terms and conditions, including the relevant rules for the various products and any additional applicable terms and conditions for promotions, special offers and bonuses.

    9. All player accounts are denominated in Euro.

    10. Upon and after opening an Interwetten account, the player may access the responsible gaming features provided by Interwetten. Upon registration, the player will be requested to set an individual monthly cross-provider deposit limit or to indicate that an already set individual monthly cross-provider deposit limit is to remain unchanged. Deposit limits can be set on a monthly basis; additional provider-related wagering/loss limits can be set on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Players will be asked to set their individual deposit and wagering/loss limits prior to the start of play, but these limits may also be set and/or changed at a later date. Tightening of set limits will take effect immediately. If a player wishes to reduce or remove a limit, a waiting period of 7 days applies.

Interwetten does not maintain its own player blocking system. Only the OASIS player blocking system is used to implement player blocks.

A short-term player block can be created directly from the slots area via the so-called 'panic button' for 24 hours. The block ends automatically 24 hours after the panic button has been pressed.

An application for self-blocking or third-party blocking can be submitted to the customer service by ticket or e-mail to [email protected] or to the Darmstadt Regional Council as the authority responsible for maintaining the cross-provider, Germany-wide OASIS blocking database. The corresponding form can also be found here. Self-exclusion also results in entry in the OASIS cross-provider, Germany-wide barring database. The lifting of an indefinite self-exclusion or a third-party block can be applied for at the earliest after the minimum term of one (1) year has expired. The lifting of a temporary self-lock can be requested after the expiry of the requested period of at least three (3) months. Further information and support is available to players in the product rules, on the Interwetten page on gambling addiction prevention and/or through our service department and at https://rp-darmstadt.hessen.de/sicherheit-und-kommunales/gluecksspiel/spielersperrsystem-oasis/spieler-faqs

Interwetten shall keep all records of the player's requests for exclusion and his resulting exclusion for the duration of the self-exclusion period plus a further period of at least six (6) months after expiry of the self-exclusion period. Data on short-term player exclusions (24 hours) will be deleted within two (2) weeks after expiry of the exclusion.

    11. Interwetten is obliged to transmit the betting limits selected by the player as well as further information to the transnational gambling evaluation system LUGAS. Interwetten reserves the right to monitor gaming activities due to legal provisions or official requirements.

    12. All information registered by a player with Interwetten must be correct and complete at all times. Interwetten will regularly check the accuracy of the information. The player undertakes to inform Interwetten immediately if any information provided to Interwetten becomes untrue or incomplete. Interwetten reserves the right to cancel winnings, block accounts, exclude the player from participating in other games, withhold payments to the player and report the player to the competent authorities if the respective information provided turns out to be untrue or incomplete. The player will be held liable for all damages and costs arising from false or misleading information. If false or misleading information is provided intentionally, all transactions on the Interwetten account will be declared invalid.

    13. Interwetten acts on the basis of the assumption that every person who logs into the system with the correct combination of user name and password is actually the rightful account holder. In particular, it is not permitted to carry out transactions on the accounts of others, on the Interwetten accounts of third parties, by forming player pools or in collusion with third parties via a straw man. Interwetten reserves the right to close Interwetten accounts, to cancel transactions and to withhold payment of financial resources if the player has made his/her account available to third parties and/or has carried out transactions on behalf of or in the name of third parties, in collusion with third parties, in groups/communities of players by means of a straw man, with the use of unauthorised software tools, or by breaching other provisions of the General Terms and Conditions or the applicable rules. Interwetten reserves the right to close players' Interwetten accounts at any time and without giving reasons.

    14. Each player may only open one gaming account. The use of identical e-mail addresses for different gaming accounts is not permitted. The player must use an e-mail address to which only he/she has access. If a player opens another gaming account in his name or in the name of a third person, or jointly with one or more other persons, after his own gaming account has been closed or restricted for a specific reason, Interwetten reserves the right not only to close these accounts but also to cancel any transactions at any time, to exclude the player from participating in further games, and to reclaim credited funds. Interwetten also reserves the right to cancel transactions, exclude the player from participating in games and/or in particular to block the player's account if there is reasonable suspicion that the player is manipulating a game, attempting to circumvent maximum winnings and/or stake limits, using straw men or acting as a straw man for third parties or on behalf of third parties, or using unauthorised software tools.

    15. The player is prohibited from selling, transferring and/or acquiring accounts for or from other players.

    16. In addition and in accordance with the applicable legal requirements and the Interwetten policy on the prevention of money laundering, Interwetten prohibits the deposit of funds from criminal activities, the deposit of funds using a credit card which is not in the player's name, which a player is not authorised to use, the knowing receipt of funds from such a card in any manner whatsoever, unauthorised cooperation with third parties for this purpose, as well as the use of the gaming account of third parties for criminal activities or illegal purposes.

    17. Interwetten hereby informs all players that interwetten is not in a position to provide tax or legal advice. Except as otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions and the Rules for Products as amended from time to time for the products and services offered, Interwetten cannot be held liable by and shall be indemnified by and against players for any loss, damage, loss of profit, costs and other disadvantages incurred in connection with the products and services offered by Interwetten.

    18. In the case of inactive accounts, i.e. customer accounts for which neither a login nor a logout has been recorded for twelve consecutive months, Interwetten reserves the right to charge an administration fee of EUR 5 per month.

The administration fee will be charged to the player's account. The first inactivity fee will be deducted on the first day after twelve months of inactivity. All subsequent inactivity fees will be deducted monthly, i.e. on the first day of each following month until the account balance reaches zero. If the balance on the gaming account falls to zero after the deduction of the administrative fees, Interwetten is entitled to close this account.

All registered players will be informed of this at least 30 days before the first fee deduction. Holders of an inactive account can reactivate their account immediately by logging in or out, or have their account balance paid out within 30 days without the administrative fees being deducted. Players who reactivate their account are entitled to a refund of the administrative fees deducted for the last three months.

Interwetten is also entitled to close accounts that are undesirable for other reasons. If, on the other hand, the player wishes to close his/her Interwetten account, this is possible at any time. A corresponding request by e-mail to [email protected] is sufficient for this purpose. The termination of the agreement does not affect the acquired rights or obligations of the existing parties at the time of termination. If the reason for which a player requests the closure of his account is the player's gambling addiction, the player must notify Interwetten of this together with his request for the closure of his gaming account so that a player block is made in the cross-provider, Germany-wide blocking database OASIS. When a gaming account is closed, information about the account will be stored within the applicable retention periods. Related information includes, for example, player name, address, telephone, e-mail and account transaction data.

    D. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

    1. Complaints or questions in connection with the handling of player matters on www.interwetten.de should be sent by e-mail to [email protected] or by telephone on 00 356 2327 6355. Interwetten will endeavour to deal with the player's complaint within 10 days. If a complaint has not been resolved to the player's satisfaction, the player may request an escalation of the complaint.

    2. If the complaint is transactional in nature, i.e. relates to the outcome of a gambling transaction, such as game results, betting results, account management, application of bonus offers or misleading terms and conditions, it becomes a dispute. The player can refer the dispute to Interwetten's designated Alternative Dispute Resolution ("ADR") eCOGRA free of charge.

    3. Further information on this process can be found at http://ecogra.org/ata/policies_procedures.php. The player can use the following form to submit the dispute: http://ecogra.org/ata/dispute.php. The eCOGRA ADR process does not limit the Player's right to sue the Operator in a competent court of local and subject matter jurisdiction in Valletta (Malta) in accordance with eCOGRA's proposed resolution of the dispute.

    4. The Player may also submit a dispute via the Online Dispute Resolution ("ODR") platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

    5. In particular, if the complaint is of a regulatory nature and does not have a transactional element, the player may contact the Saxony-Anhalt State Administrative Office by email at [email protected].

    E. EXTRAORDINARY CIRCUMSTANCES

Unexpected technical problems or circumstances beyond Interwetten's control, such as technical problems with third party providers, will allow Interwetten to cancel games and issue refunds to players.
If a game is stuck in a state where it cannot be completed, e.g. due to a disconnection during the game, Interwetten has the right to periodically "clean up" such results and refund the stake to the player's account. This will be done on a monthly basis. If the game is aborted or failed on the server, the player will be refunded.

    F. UNLAWFUL TRANSACTIONS/FRAUD/ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING

Interwetten reserves the right to suspend or close a gaming account at any time and to cancel or declare transactions void at its sole discretion if the following conditions apply:

    1. Interwetten discovers transactions with irregularities that could negatively affect the processing of payment transactions and/or that give rise to the suspicion of a violation of the General Terms and Conditions (e.g. the player's name and address do not match the name and address assigned to the credit card or other payment method used by the player).

    2. Interwetten is of the opinion that the player has breached provisions contained in these General Terms and Conditions and the respective applicable product rules. Any decision by Interwetten regarding the invalidity of transactions and the blocking or closing of gaming accounts shall be binding on the player. Such a decision is at the sole discretion of Interwetten, does not require justification to the player and cannot be disputed by the player. In the above circumstances, Interwetten is also entitled to withhold and/or retain any amounts that would otherwise have been paid to the player or would have been paid to the player.

    3. Interwetten is of the opinion that the player has used the products and services offered on www.interwetten.de in an improper manner or has intentionally defrauded or taken unfair advantage of Interwetten or other players.

    4. Interwetten considers that the player has used the products and services offered on www.interwetten.de fraudulently and/or for illegal and/or unlawful or improper purposes.

    5. Interwetten takes any form of fraudulent activity by players very seriously. Any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited; its definition is at the discretion of Interwetten. Fraudulent activities include, but are not limited to, the theft of credit cards, the transfer of funds to other players' accounts ("chip dumping"), counterfeiting, collusion, the use of unauthorised software tools, the provision of false data when registering or when requesting personal information, etc. In addition to pursuing other remedies in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions and the applicable gaming rules, Interwetten reserves the right to bring actions for criminal prosecution and/or civil actions for damages for fraudulent activities. Players involved in any form of fraudulent activity and suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

    6. Interwetten is required to do so by the police, other supervisory authorities or by court decision and/or Interwetten assumes that the aforementioned events have taken place or are likely to take place.

    7. Interwetten undertakes to ensure that the applicable regulations against money laundering and terrorist financing are strictly observed. This obligation presupposes that technological instruments have been set up for the continuous monitoring and minimisation of operational risks. The deposit of funds obtained illegally or inappropriately is strictly prohibited. Any client activity on the website is monitored and assessed with this in mind. Suspicious activity will be reported immediately to the appropriate authorities. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the player acknowledges that he/she is only depositing money into the gaming account in order to play and use the services offered. Players who deposit and withdraw without gaming activities will be blocked until the investigation is completed and will have to pay a processing fee of 10%.

    G. DEPOSITS / PAYMENT METHODS

    1. All currently offered deposit methods to the game account are listed on the deposit page. Please note that all deposits and withdrawals may be subject to an administration fee of up to 5% to cover any transaction expenses. There are no costs for the player associated with participation in the Interwetten offer alone.

    2. Deposits made by the player will be credited to the player's account immediately after receipt of the payment by Interwetten. The player will not be subsequently compensated for any differences between the amount credited and the amount charged to his/her credit card if these differences are due to exchange rate fluctuations and bank charges on the part of the bank issuing the credit card.

    3. A maximum monthly deposit limit of € 1,000.00 applies to slots.

    4. Interwetten is not a financial institution and does not grant interest on deposits.

    5. Interwetten reserves the unrestricted right to apply certain restrictions on payment methods for players.

    H. WINNINGS AND PAYOUTS

    1. The player can request a payout of his winnings from his gaming account at any time. There is no cut-off time for requesting winnings. The Player may specify on www.interwetten.de in the account settings that winnings above a certain amount (minimum amount 30 Euro) will be paid out automatically.

    2. Payout quotas apply to our virtual slot games. To check the specific payout ratios per game, players can refer to the "Help/FAQ" menu (section Payout/Payout Ratios Virtual Slot Games) or to the "Return to Player Rates" (RTP) listed by the provider within the respective game frame. The term payout ratio or RTP refers to the ratio between stakes and winnings. It is based on the settings of the random number generator and is achieved over the long term and on average. The payout ratios of the virtual slot games of Interwetten are usually over 85%.

    3. In any case, Interwetten reserves the right to apply legally justified restrictions with regard to payment methods. All funds deposited into the gaming account as well as winnings will only be paid out via verified payment methods that are clearly attributable to the account holder. As a rule, payouts are made via the same method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.) in which the deposit of funds was made. Interwetten has the exclusive and unrestricted right to determine that payouts can only be made by means of a bank transfer in order to verify the identity of the player.

    4. Withdrawals will be deducted from the player's account immediately upon the request for withdrawal by the player. The time limits for payouts are subject to fluctuation. Withdrawal requests are usually executed or rejected within 5 business days. A player will be informed of the reasons for any delay if the processing time exceeds ten (10) days.

    5. Funds or credit balances in a player's gaming account cannot be transferred to another player's gaming account.

    6. If additional costs are incurred by the player in the course of a payment transaction (e.g. after withdrawal, deposit, payment of processing fees), for example due to a transfer back to the credit card, higher transfer costs in the case of transfers to foreign banks, etc., Interwetten shall be entitled to debit the player's Interwetten account with these additional costs. Costs arising from chargebacks for which the player is responsible (e.g. incorrectly stated account number, insufficient funds in the account, etc.) shall be settled by the account holder.

    I. LIABILITY/COMPENSATION/DATA PROTECTION

    1. Interwetten and/or its vicarious agents shall only be liable for all damages that exceed the limits of product liability if intentional action or gross negligence can be proven within the framework of the relevant legal provisions. Any liability for simple negligence, the reimbursement of consequential damages and financial losses, loss of profits, lost data, loss of interest and compensation from third party claims against the user are excluded. The liability of Interwetten and its vicarious agents is limited to the extent possible by law. Interwetten accepts no liability for circumstances beyond its control (force majeure, etc.). The above exclusions of liability do not apply in the event of injury to life, limb or health. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

    2. Interwetten shall not be liable for content written by players. Each player undertakes that any content written by him/her is in compliance with the law. Interwetten reserves the right to delete content that violates the terms of use or legal provisions. Interwetten also reserves the right to hand over all evidence to law enforcement authorities upon court order, requests for information from authorities or in the event of other legal obligations.

    3. Interwetten accepts no liability whatsoever for input, transmission and/or evaluation errors. Interwetten is entitled to declare invalid all games in which obvious errors occur. Interwetten accepts no liability whatsoever for the complete or partial maintenance of the uninterrupted functionality of the website or the games, for programming errors and/or the correction of errors.

    4. Interwetten accepts no liability whatsoever for the correctness, completeness and up-to-dateness and the content of information. Further information is provided in the product rules as well as the rules for promotions and bonus campaigns.

    5. Furthermore, Interwetten accepts no liability that the website and connected servers are free of viruses and other harmful components that may be harmful to the player's computer hardware and/or software. Interwetten accepts no liability for the functionality or malfunction of internet browsers. If the player does not use current versions of web browsers (Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Safari), no guarantee can be given for the correct transmission or the proper functionality of Interwetten's website.

    6. If there is a breach of these terms and conditions or of other provisions to which the use of the virtual slot games is subject, the player is obliged to indemnify Interwetten for all resulting claims by third parties with regard to the reimbursement of losses, costs, damages or other disadvantages resulting therefrom and to hold Interwetten harmless. In particular, the player must indemnify Interwetten, its shareholders, employees, officers, directors, licensees, distributors, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and other agencies, media partners, consultants and agents and hold them harmless in full for any costs, expenses, liabilities and damages arising as a result of any of the following:

    a. Access, use or re-use of Interwetten's gambling and betting products,

    b. Use of any materials relating to gambling and betting products of Interwetten,

    c. Access, use or re-use of a server used by Interwetten,

    d. Participation in a game or bet offered by Interwetten,

    e. the acceptance of a payout or prize from a service or product of Interwetten, or

    f. the breach of a warranty given by the player in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions or the applicable rules.

    7. Interwetten undertakes to protect the personal data of the players. Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable person. For more information about the Players rights to their data and how Interwetten processes personal data, the players are referred to Interwetten's privacy policy. The processing of players' data on www.interwetten.de complies with all applicable data protection regulations, including the European Data Protection Regulation.

    8. Notwithstanding Interwetten's obligation to protect the personal data of players, Interwetten shall under no circumstances be liable for any damage resulting from incorrect, delayed, manipulated or abusive transmission of data via the internet. Interwetten shall take all appropriate measures to protect the player's information stored with Interwetten, but shall not accept any liability if third parties gain control of this information or process it, although the above measures have been taken. It is agreed by general consent of the contracting parties that in this case no claims for damages can be asserted against Interwetten.

    9. The processing of data for the purpose of gambling on the internet, the player is obliged to determine the user name and password himself/herself, whereby the specifications for password security must be observed. The user name and password selected by the player must be sufficiently robust and kept secure. The player must be able to maintain and protect the confidentiality of their gaming account, username and all passwords at all times. Players must not allow third parties to access or use their gaming account.

    10. Interwetten accepts no liability whatsoever for misuse of the gaming account through the use of the player's user name and password by third parties. Furthermore, Interwetten accepts no liability whatsoever for losses incurred by the player through the use of the gaming account by third parties. Interwetten shall be held harmless from this and shall not reimburse any losses. We expressly point out that the username and password must be kept secret and confidential by the player, as all transactions via the account for which the username and password are to be entered are carried out on the player's account.

    11. If the registration of a gaming account is made possible or facilitated for users via a third-party website or app in which Interwetten is integrated, personal data inserted by a user in this third-party website or app may be visible to this third party and a user may be obliged to consent to the use or storage of his data by this third party. In any case, Interwetten makes it a condition of its agreements with third parties that the use by such third parties of personal data obtained under the agreement with Interwetten is in strict compliance with the applicable data protection provisions.

    J. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The player acknowledges that the software, the gaming system and all materials visually or audibly made available to the player by Interwetten are wholly owned by Interwetten or its licensor and that the player has no rights or claims to the aforementioned intellectual property.
Data mining or scraping from Interwetten's websites is not permitted without the express written consent of Interwetten.

    K. ADVERTISING AND MARKETING

    1. Depending on the player's account settings, his/her personal data may be used by Interwetten for marketing activities via various channels including postal mail, e-mail, telephone call as well as electronic mail/instant messaging. Interwetten is obliged to check the player's personal data against the OASIS blocking file before sending out personalised advertising. The use of the player's personal data for marketing activities can be prevented at any time or restricted to certain communication channels. Players can either adjust the relevant account settings or contact our Service Department by emailing [email protected]. Due to the nature of the technical workflow, updates to the respective account settings may take up to 48 hours before they take effect. For more information on how Interwetten processes data for marketing purposes, please refer to Interwetten's privacy policy.

    2. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the terms and conditions provided when the bonus offer is notified. In principle, all bonuses and offers relate only to the respective recipient of the promotional communication and can only be claimed once during a set time frame. Bonuses and offers, such as vouchers, may not be sold between players and/or third parties. Promotional offers cannot be redeemed for cash but are subject to the specific bonus conditions. Interwetten reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reclaim bonuses and promotional offers if the player has obtained the offer by fraud or the offer has been obtained by fraud.

    3. If groups of players collude without authorisation or act as a syndicate, or individual players who register several times set up fictitious accounts or use straw men to manipulate bonus offers, Interwetten reserves the right to reclaim all bonus payments granted, to cancel the winnings achieved with the bonus offers, to refuse to pay any amounts demanded and to close the relevant accounts. Sportsbook rules and consumer information

When placing a bet, each player agrees to these Sportsbook Rules and to the General Terms and Conditions of Interwetten, which apply to the Interwetten Sportsbook. The Interwetten sportsbook is operated by Interwetten Gaming Ltd.

Each sports bet has two parties: On one hand, Interwetten (Interwetten Gaming Ltd., The Centre, North Shore, Ground Level, Tigne' Point, Sliema TPO 0001, Malta), who accepts bets on sports events in accordance with its license, and, on the other hand, the player.

Upon placing his bet, the player confirms that he does not have any knowledge of the result of the respective sports event.

The player acknowledges also that sports betting amounts to gaming, that the risk of losing money is implicit and that his involvement is entirely voluntary. On the other hand, there is no right to participation on the side of the player and he accepts that Interwetten is entitled to restrict, limit or block the access of certain players at his own, exclusive and unfettered discretion.

    1. Placing a bet

Before placing a bet, each player is obliged to read and acknowledge not only the General Terms and Conditions, but also these sportsbetting rules, including the provisions regarding minimum stakes, maximum payouts as well as maximum stakes.

Interwetten will accept a bet duly placed by the player by mouse-click, subject to these rules and the General Terms and Conditions, without issuing a confirmation and at the registered address of the company, provided that his Interwetten account holds sufficient credit. Any correspondence issued by Interwetten at a later point in time, (e.g. notices, account information, etc.) will not have any effect whatsoever on the previous conclusion of the contract and its legal effect at the registered address of Interwetten.

If changes are made to the odds while a bet is being placed (usually 5 to 10 seconds), the bet will automatically be accepted at the odds chosen by the customer. If the odds are lowered, the bet will not be accepted. The  user will then be given  the chance to update the betting slip and confirm it once again.

Any bet accepted in such manner may not be changed or cancelled by the player at a later point in time. Interwetten, however, reserves the right to cancel any bets up to the start of the event, without giving any reasons. After the event has started, Interwetten may cancel bets provided that the player is in violation of these rules or the general terms and conditions as applicable from time to time, or, in particular, if he is under the suspicion of manipulation/rigging, of acting in collusion or forming a syndicate of customers, keeping duplicate gaming accounts or using front men in order to place bets.

Only the records kept by Interwetten shall be relevant concerning the content of all bets. A statement of account may only be modified in order to remedy an obvious error and/or a typographical error and/or an error in calculation. Only the amount registered and/or the amount confirmed by Interwetten will be regarded as the stake.

Interwetten's promotions, special offers and bonuses are only valid for the respective period specified. Where promotions, special offers and bonuses are specifically addressed to an individual or to specific sportsbook account, offers are only valid with respect to these individuals or accounts so specified.

The decision as to honour any special promotion, offer or bonus shall be entirely up to Interwetten. Interwetten also reserves the sole discretionary right to discontinue or cancel any promotion, special offer or bonus at any time and for any reason whatsoever, without prior notice.

All rules and principles of the Interwetten Sportsbook apply equally to the Cash-Out function. Interwetten cannot guarantee that the Cash-Out feature is available at all times. Due to, for example, technical issues, human error, suspicions of fraud or other circumstances beyond Interwetten's control, Cash-Out might not be offered for a particular event or betting market, even if the feature had been advertised before-hand. Interwetten reserves the right to withdraw or suspend Cash-Out offers without prior notice.

Unless Cash-Out is available and exercised by Interwetten upon request, the player's bet stands as originally placed.

If bets have been cashed out with incorrect amounts due to technical reasons, an error in the underlying odds, or for any other reason, Interwetten reserves the right to suspend the Cash-Out option and reverse any transactions made. In these cases, the player's bet stands as originally placed. The same rule applies if there is sufficient reason to suspect that the Cash-Out is requested after the outcome of an event is known by the player.

Interwetten reserves the right to accept or decline the Cash-Out option on an individual basis. Cash-Out is not available on free bets and bets on bonus money.

For any questions regarding these Sportsbook Rules or the General Terms and Conditions please refer to , Interwetten Gaming Ltd is entirely at the player's disposal to clarify any questions on the following e-mail: [email protected].

    2. Special Rules

If a sports event is not held as posted on the internet (e.g. if the venue or the opponent changes), the bet will be void and all stakes will be refunded. However, bets will not be void if the home team waives its right to play in its own stadium or arena and chooses to play a match on another team's ground, if the home team's arena/stadium is temporarily closed or if the match is held at a neutral site. This does not apply to friendly matches or test matches as these often take place as part of a training camp, promotion tour, or because of logistical reasons at neutral venues. Furthermore, this does not apply to so-called bubble events that are held at central locations due to external circumstances.

If bets are placed after the start of an event or if the stake is not paid before the start of an event, the bet will be void, rated at odds of 1.00 and the stake will be refunded. In live (running) bets, each bet placed (= received) after the event on which the bet was placed occurs, will be void, rated at odds of 1.00 and the stake will be refunded.

The winner of a sports event is determined by decision of the jury at 24:00 midnight on the day of the event (local time at the venue of the event). This also applies to long-term bets. Any change in the results arising after that time for any reasons whatsoever will have no effect on the winnings.

In soccer (European football), ice hockey and handball the results after the scheduled duration of the game are relevant. Any extra-time, penalty shootout, etc. will have no impact on the winnings, with the exception of special bets offered, which are marked accordingly.

If a betting event is canceled, special bets that were already decided when the game was stopped, or half-time bets, are evaluated according to the course of the game.

In American football, basketball and baseball overtime counts for settlement purposes. An exception from this rule may apply for special bets that are clearly marked accordingly.

If there is no winner due to the "point spreads" (e.g. a team with -6 points has exactly a 6 points lead to win), then the bet will be valued at odds of 1.00. The stake is refunded.

If a game that has been declared void is repeated by the end of the second day following the game (local time of the venue), the wager will stand for the re-arranged match.

If a game is not played at the scheduled date for any reason whatsoever or ends without official score and is not repeated by the end of the second calendar day following the game, the stakes will be returned, with the exception of soccer and ice hockey games that are stopped after the end of the regular time.

In tennis, bets will stand provided that the match is played in the course of the tournament.

If the result of a match in tennis, volleyball, beach volleyball, darts, badminton, snooker, bowls or table tennis is based on a no-show, retirement / surrender or disqualification of a player, or if the match is not continued until the regular end of its playing time for any other reasons, stakes will be refunded. In combination and system bets these stakes will be evaluated with an odd of 1.0.

Exceptions from this rule are events that have been concluded within the available time frame (e.g. if a player surrenders during the second set, bets on the first set stand). In addition, bets are rated as lost if they could not have been won, even if the match was continued up to regular playing time (e.g. set bet "player A wins 2-0" and player A surrenders during the second set after having lost the first set. All other options, i.e 2-1, 0-2, 1-2 will be rated as cancelled and evaluated with an odd of 1.0).

On the other hand, bets are rated as won if they could not have been lost, even if the match was continued up to regular playing time (e.g. the bet "over 9.5 games in a set" is won if the game is decided by surrender at a score of 4:4).

The same principle applies also to game handicap bets, scores set/points and comparable bets.

If a tennis match is cancelled even before the first serve is made, all bets will be void, rated at odds of 1.00 and the stake will be refunded.

A baseball game is cancelled, and the stakes refunded if the game is not begun or continued until the end of the day (local time of betting event) of the original scheduling.

If a sporting event is canceled and still officially scored, this result will be used to calculate the winnings, provided this is announced by midnight on the day of the event measured at the location of the event.

If a game is abandoned before the end of regular time, bets on North American sports (NBA, NFL, NHL, baseball as well as college sports) will be official after the following limits: NBA - at least 43 minutes of play WNBA; college basketball - at least 35 minutes of play NFL; college football - at least 55 minutes of play; Baseball - after at least 5 innings of play and/or 4.5 innings if the home team is leading.

When wagering on baseball total runs or run-lines, the games must go nine (9) innings or 8.5 innings, if the home team is leading in order to have action; otherwise the game is scored as no action.

The final score will always be determined as the score after the last completed inning unless the home team scores to tie or take the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the final score is determined as the score at the time the game is called.

For a so-called "dead heat", winnings will be divided accordingly. If, for instance, two starters in a race end up on the same podium position (winner) based on identical timings, then the selected odd on "winner" is being divided by 2: 2.5/2 = 1.25. Bets on podium finish 1-3 will be divided accordingly if 2 or more participants share the third place. If 5 starters share position 8, the winning for a bet on "top 10 finish" will be calculated with 3/5 of the original odd. If, on other hand, 2 starters share position 2, the original odd for a bet on "podium finish" will remain in place as the third position remains vacant.

All bets, also combination bets, which are not head-to-head bets, are "play or pay". In other words: no refund will be given, if the competitor on whom the player has placed his bet does not participate in the event for any reason whatsoever.

If one of the selected events in a combination bet is cancelled, abandoned or becomes void, or is not held for other reasons and is not run by the end of the second calendar day following the event, the bet will be void, rated at odds of 1.00 and the stake will be refunded. This also applies to sports events that have been mistakenly listed in the wrong order on the betting program (list of odds), but not in the case of a home team waiving its right to play in its own stadium or arena, if the home team's arena/stadium is temporarily closed or if the match is held at a neutral site. If all the single bets in a combination bet are cancelled, abandoned or declared void, or are not held for other reasons and are not run as specified above, the stakes will be returned.

For head-to-head bets both starters have to participate in the sports event. Should one or both starters not participate in the event, the bet will be void. The winner of a head-to-head bet on Formula 1 Grand Prix races is the driver with the higher finishing position at the end of the race, or the one who completes the most number of laps in case that both drivers fail to finish the race. In the event that the two drivers retire on the same lap, the driver with the better placing after completion of the last lap will be the winner.

Bets on betting markets in which not all possible outcomes are listed are generally considered lost if the guessed outcome does not apply.

Individual types of bets and special bets are ruled by separate terms and conditions indicated in the individual offer.

For Betbuilder bets, all tips within the selected event must be correct for the bet to win. If one or more tips are invalid (e.g.: match abandoned and not continued within 48 hours) or if a selected player does not take part in the match, the entire bet will be declared invalid and the stakes refunded. The stake will not be refunded if 1 selection tip has already been lost in the event of the match being abandoned. Penalties that are not directly converted are deemed to have been missed, even if the follow-up shot leads to a goal. Furthermore, bets on “milestones” (who reaches X points first) are also lost if neither team reaches this target.

The bets are paid out taking into account the maximum amounts determined by Interwetten.

    3. Minimum Stakes / Maximum Winnings / Stake Limits

The minimum stake for a single bet and combination bet is: EUR 0.50

The minimum stake for each column in a system bet is: EUR 0.30

For all other currencies that may be in use form time to time the minimum stake is indicated on the player's betting slip.

    Maximum Winnings

The maximum winning per player in any one week (Monday 0:00 to Sunday 24:00) is the following net amount: EUR 100,000.

For all other currencies the maximum winning per player is indicated on the player's betting slip.

For some betting offers there are certain variable stake limits. If these amounts are exceeded, the player will be immediately notified when placing the respective bet. The player may then reduce its stake accordingly so as to be able to place the bet within the stake limit.

If a player places several bets at once and the total winnings of these bets exceed the maximum winning or the maximum stake limit, Interwetten has the right, at any time, to reduce those bets accordingly as required for complying with the maximum winning and/or stake limits.

If customers act as a syndicate or in collusion or if individual customers register several times or set up fictitious accounts in their own name or in the name of a third person, by communicating with one or several persons or by placing combination bets, or using front men, acting as front man for any third person or placing bets on another person's account, or if customers use impermissible software tools Interwetten will have the exclusive right (i) to reduce such bets at any time and in accordance with the maximum winning and/or stake limits or (ii) to cancel bets completely and to declare any bets placed and any winnings of such a player as null, void and forfeited.

In principal, any person acting in breach of these rules or any other terms and conditions applicable to the Interwetten sportsbook, may be disqualified from participating in general, as well as from special promotions, offers and bonuses without any notice at any time; additionally, the accounts of such players may be closed.

When bets are placed in a way that the placed stake(s) and/or the potential winning exceeds the maximum amounts set forth Interwetten has the unfettered exclusive right to reduce the stake of such a bet or to cancel such a bet but will in no event be liable for the reduced winnings as a result of the reduction of the stake or the cancellation of bets, since the player is aware of the limits.

    4. Further consumer information

    4.1 Win and Loss Probabilities

The probability of winning a sports bet depends on the probability that the forecast for the betting sports events occurs. However, the probability of a certain outcome of a sporting event cannot be determined mathematically exactly in advance.
Sports experts, fans and bookmakers naturally come to different assessments here. With the odds, bookmakers express an assessment of the possible gain or loss.
In order to be able to understand an assessment, you have to divide the reciprocal value of the odds of the selected game outcome by the sum of the reciprocal values of the odds of all possible outcomes of the betting event:

    Probability Bet1 (in %) = 1/Odd1 divided through 1/Odd1 + 1/OddX + 1/Odd2

    4.2 Betting odds

There are no additional costs associated with participating in a sports bet apart from the stake. In the event of a win, however, the payout amount is reduced by a 5,3% odd discount.

You can find out whether you have won by looking at sports coverage in the media and, if possible, by looking at the results displayed on the sports betting providers' homepage.

A general publication of individual prizes does not take place. Interwetten.de reserves the right to anonymously inform about large prizes in individual cases.

The percentage of payouts for winnings from the stake (payout rate) is usually in a range of 90-95% at Interwetten.de.

In the case of combination bets, the payout rate is reduced, based on that for single bets (q), according to the number of outcomes in the combination bet. (Payout bet, two-way combination: q², three-way combination q³, etc).

    Example: Single bet q=9/10=90%

    Two-way combination: (9/10)² = 81/100 = 81%

    Three-way combination: (9/10)³ = 729/1000 = 72,9% etc.

The average payout ratio of interwetten.de is subject to fluctuations.

    Payout ratio Three-Way (in %) = 1 divided through 1/Odd1 + 1/OddX + 1/Odd2

    4.3 Betting odds

Interwetten.de sets the accepted deadline for bets, but bets are generally accepted until the start of the game. After the start of the game, bets will only be accepted if that is expressly indicated.

    5. Severability

Each clause contained in these rules shall be separate and severable from each of the others. If any clause is found to be void, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect.
