Important Information About the Central Database

As a licensed provider, we are obliged, like all other licensed providers in Germany, to connect our services to the Länderübergreifendes Glücksspielauswertesystem (LUGAS. This requires a one-time automated registration and setting of a monthly deposit limit up to €1000 in the central file LUGAS.

In addition, we ask you to set your personal Interwetten deposit limit, taking into account your personal situation.

We have summarised the most important points in a short video. Answers to the most frequently asked questions can be found below.

What is LUGAS?
LUGAS is an acronym for Länderübergreifendes Glücksspielaufsichtssystem (Interstate Gambling Evaluation System). Legal regulations (State Treaty on Gambling 2021, §6c para. 4) state that all licenced providers must connect to this database.

What data is transferred?
In accordance with the legal requirements, your first and last name, your date of birth and a central limit (max. 1,000€) are transmitted to the LUGAS database and stored pseudonymously.

What does that have to do with me?
According to the provisions of § 6 c GlüStV 2021, participation in a game is only possible if your data is stored in the central database.

What is the limit about?
In order to successfully transfer your data to LUGAS, you must set a deposit limit for all providers (max. 1,000 €). After that, you can set your personal deposit limit, which is only valid with us. Your personal Interwetten deposit limit for sports betting can exceed € 1,000 under certain circumstances and taking into account your financial situation.

What else should I know?
According to § 6 h GlüStV 2021, simultaneous gambling/betting with several providers is not permitted. Therefore, if you want to use our offer, please make sure that you are not logged in with any other provider. Please note that you can only use our offer after a legal waiting period of 5 minutes after you have logged out from another provider.
